Yes, the illustrious Ms. Bloom makes the list twice. Because she totally knows childhood.
The Fudge books probably resonated better with kids who had younger siblings than it did for me, but I will never, in all my born days, laugh as hard at anything as I did at this book -- especially the infamous turtle incident.
